While we import our herbs from Provence, you can make a great snack using herbs de Provence… de Central Market.

Directions

Cook popcorn according to package directions. Dump into a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and shake to combine. Taste for salt and oil and adjust as desired. Serve hot.

Salt pairs perfectly with acidic wines like our Calcaria. The fat is cut by the acidity as well.

Ingredients

  • 1 Package of unbuttered popcorn

  • 2 tbsp herbs de Provence

  • 1 tsp fine sea salt (or more to taste)

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 tbsp parmesan cheese, finely shredded
